My Dear Students,
Greetings on the beginning of AY-2023-24!!
First, I am congratulating to all of you on securing admission at GTU-Graduate School of Engineering and Technology (GTU-GSET) which is established and managed by Gujarat Technological University. It gives me immense pleasure to welcome all the first-year students of various programs running at the department. I am very much glad to know that, this academic year, the department is starting a new undergraduate program in Computer Engineering with a student intake capacity of 60. I extend my best wishes to the students of very first batch of a new undergraduate program in Computer Engineering.
I would like to highlight that, recently university was graded with an A+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of the University Grant Commission (UGC), in its first cycle only; which will surely help us to achieve the vision of the department and subsequently of university.
The Gujarat Technological University is committed to providing all the necessary infrastructural facilities and administrative support as per the need of the various programs running at the department. I appeal to all students to grab this opportunity during their stay here, by taking optimum advantage of the various prominent resources available at the university including various start-up centres, and state-of-art library facilities that exist on the campus.
